OVERVIEW
Mark is a Florida native who has lived in South Florida since returning from Israel in 1973. Mark is a University of Miami Law School graduate who has been practicing law in the state and federal courts of South Florida since May of 1991. Mark’s practice is nearly 100% civil litigation. Mark has tried many kinds of cases in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
In addition to Mark’s trial practice he also has handled approximately fifty appeals in the state and federal court systems. Mark’s ability to both try cases and handle them on appeal gives him the unique ability to represent a client’s interest at all court levels and in the state and federal court systems.
Mark also maintains flexible fee arrangements with clients which distinguishes his practice from that of big law firms. Depending on the type of case, Mark handles matters on either an hourly fee, a flat rate or on contingency. Initial telephone consultations are always free of charge.
